Matt Grayson joined Classic Remodeling in July 2021 as the VP of Project Development. He brings a wealth of construction and development industry experience and knowledge to the Classic team, having served in leadership positions for several high-profile commercial projects over the course of his career. Some of his notable projects include the Athletes’ Olympic Village for the 1996 Olympic Games as well as the Sanctuary Hotel at Kiawah Island and St. Johns Yacht Harbor here in the Lowcountry. Most recently, Matt was a principal with Grayco Partners, which led commercial construction projects for several restaurants, medical offices, and a brewery.

Matt brings to the team two decades of experience in sales, project management, and operations. He will utilize his leadership abilities and experience to shepherd clients through the remodeling process, ensuring the delivery of beautifully designed, well-executed projects that clients can enjoy for years to come.

Outside of work, Matt is an avid traveler, enjoys boating and cooking, and loves to learn about period architecture. Originally from Miami, Fla, he has three kids who live out of state, so he has plenty of places to visit in his downtime.
