The first floor living space was reconfigured to create a better flow through the home. The existing family room was enlarged and transformed into the new kitchen, providing the family chef more convenient access to the adjacent dining room. The expanded family room was now housed in a new addition, also adjacent to the kitchen for added convenience. The addition also includes a media room, mudroom, and an additional bath. The family room and mudroom both offer access to the new, expanded porch.
