In order to open up this choppy kitchen space two smaller islands were replaced by a new expansive island which included a built-in microwave drawer and round prep sink. New cabinets, top-of-the-line appliances, tile backsplash, farm sink and unique granite countertop give the space a rich, elegant yet contemporary feel.
