Brian originally hails from Bethel, Connecticut, and joined the Classic team in 2015. He has over 30 years of experience in carpentry, including production of custom millwork and cabinetry, interior trim work, and period-correct restoration. His strengths lie in interior millwork and cabinetry, making him one of our go-to craftsmen for interior projects ranging from kitchens and baths to offices and living areas.

Chris came to the Classic family by way of Gettysburg, PA in 2021 where he ran a family owned construction business for 2 years. He has run projects ranging from bathrooms and kitchens to additions and decks, but he most enjoys framing and tile work. He quickly made his mark at Classic and began running jobs for us in 2022, working primarily on bathroom and kitchen projects.

When he’s not working, Chris enjoys playing the guitar, mountain biking, and as he says “failing at surfing.”

Michael Welch joined Classic in 2021, with 20 years of construction experience. His work experience ranges from demo to framing, trim, concrete, and tile. In 2022, Michael was promoted to Project Craftsman and has been running kitchen and bathroom jobs since.

When not working, Michael enjoys fishing and surfing as well as a wide range of other outdoor activities.

Matt, originally hailing from Macclenny, FL, joined the Classic team in 2021. With 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry and 6 years of construction experience, Matt is well-suited for remodeling work, where both carpentry skills and customer service skills are crucial. Since joining the Classic team Matt has worked on a variety of projects including whole house remodels and additions and kitchens.

Taking advantage of the Lowcountry’s weather, Matt likes to get outside in his free time. He specifically enjoys skateboarding and fishing.
