• Annual inspections of crawl and attic spaces
• Replacement of HVAC filters and smoke detector batteries
• Evaluation of exterior windows and trim to prevent rot and termites
• Hurricane preparedness and securements; prioritized post-storm assessment, repairs
• Security checks of doors, windows, climate control when homeowner is on extended travel
• Requested services pertaining to maintenance of structure. Fee based on services performed

No work outside client-approved parameters will be performed.
