Extensive renovations enable the owners to escape, relax and reflect in the spacious and imaginative environments created by designer Stephen Yablon AIA, or when the mood strikes them, to entertain grandly. The desired result, executed by Classic Remodeling, called for the house to be stripped to its framing, rewired and reinsulated. Wooden floors were refinished and matched in expanded areas. New cabinetry was designed for media in the great room and for the re-equipped kitchen. Exterior updates included new roofing, siding, windows, trim and reconfiguration of an existing screened porch.
